Shipping and Delivery
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. However, all items unless stated otherwise are ready to ship. Shipping is usually between 1-3 days.
Estimated delivery times:
I am based in Somerset (UK) and all orders are posted from the UK. Estimated delivery time are as follows:
~England (mainland): 1-10 days (average being 1-3 days during non-busy periods)
~North America: 1-6 weeks (at non-holiday times the average time can be around 11 to 20 days)
~Europe: 1-2 weeks
~Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-8 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the value of your order.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Import taxes and duties are NOT included in the price. Depending on which country you live in you may have to pay taxes or duty - these are an additional cost which you might want to investigate before deciding to buy.
What type of shipping is used?
Please note that I ship all orders using Royal Mail, which is fast and reliable.
Domestic orders under £30 will be sent via 1st class and domestic orders over this value will be sent via Special Delivery which is tracked and needs to be signed for.
Overseas orders will be sent Via Special Delivery which will require a SIGNATURE. This is to ensure that the item(s) arrive safely and are fully insured against theft and damage. You and I would both hate to have my hard work lost or stolen.
Shipping Charges
Shipping prices are calculated on the order’s total, destination and weight. This allows for the items to be fully insured during transit.
UK Domestic shipping charges are as follows:
Orders under £30 = £4.00
Orders between £30 - £70 = £6.00
Orders over £70 = £8.00

All Overseas (outside the UK) shipping charges are as follows:
All Jewellery and Art Work (Lightweight Items) = £8.00
Books and Sculptures (Heavy Items) = £20

Returns and exchange details
​I gladly accept returns should you not be a 100% with you item(s). A happy customer makes for a happy shop owner :)
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
